DTC appeared then when in park vehicle at times vehicle has a runaway idle then when ignition turned off it returns to normal and starts and runs fine. Put a scan tool on it and this is what the freeze frame data for the p0153 showed: P0153 / fuel system closed/ Calculated load 51.4 % / coolant 203 degrees /STFT 1 negative.08 / LTFT 1 positive 4.7 /STFT2 negative 6.3 /LTFT2 9.4 / Engine speed 1617 RPM /Vehicle speed 35 MPH. Checked for leaks at intake and exhaust with no vacuum leaks found. Can't figure out where to go with this any ideas of what the culprit cause would be?

The P0153 trouble code is the oxygen sensor is not properly regulating the fuel levels. So, you have a fuel injector that does not close completely at times. You may be able to remove the spark plugs and look for the one that is darker than the others which will be the cylinder that is having the issue. Here is a generic guide on how to replace the injectors that will help walk you through the process with instructions below to show you how on your car.

Do I need a bidirectional tool to set the new injector or is it plug and play? Someone told me I would need to set the injector to the vehicle with a bidirectional tool when replacing it.

Rescanned the vehicle and it's also throwing code P1151 along with the p0153 and the intermittent run away idle in park.

P1151 is a Lack of upstream heated oxygen sensor switching, which means the sensor is way lean or rich which a bad injector can do. I would service the throttle bore and do the injector work.

Here is a guide to help walk you through the cleaning:

Please go over this guide and report back.
