Hey BIGERIC9,

When you say you can hear the motor what is it doing?

Is the motor moving but the seat doesn't move or is the motor trying to move and then getting jammed?

I would say you need get access to the motor in question.

The video below shows removal of the switch pack which might help you see what is happening with the motor/adjustment unit.

Then if you can't see the motor it may be a case of unbolting the seat so you can tilt it back and access the adjuster.

Then whilst operation the power seat you should be able to track down the motor and adjust that isn't moving.

Hope that helps.

Regards, Joe
