When I use the switch to roll the driver side up or down, it controls the passenger side! Was cleaning the inner parts of the door and another person touched a paper clip from the negative and positive to "reset" the window because it was very hesitant to go up. Since this spark form the paper clip occurred, now the driver side won't do anything, and my passenger is only controlled by the driver switch. The driver switch controls nothing. Oh, the passenger door switch also still functions. Please help.

Hi,

I need clarification on something. You indicated, "...and my passenger is only controlled by the driver switch. The driver switch controls nothing." Does the driver's switch control the passenger side?

Also, let me know if the vehicle is a coupe or sedan. I suspect the central processing unit (CPU) in the driver's door has been damaged, but I need to confirm a bit more information.

I attached a wiring schematic for the sedan model. Again, I need to make sure that is the correct model. If it is, check to see if there is power going to the light green or the red wire at the power window motor. The power will work in opposite control. For example, the red should have power when the switch is in the up position and light green will be the opposite.

Let me know.

Take care,
