Hi.
My wife insisted that we take it to the dealership. They said that the compressor gas levels were low and recharged it. When the problem persisted, they suggested replacing the compressor ($1,200.00) and tried to say something about how my compressor gas being low indicated a leak in the system and that it needs to be replaced. I'm calling BS as the guy said that low gas was the reason for the temperature difference.
I think I'm going to have to open up the vents and see the blend doors if your suggestion for a hard reset doesn't work.
