Driver mirror?

Hi,

Please understand that this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I don't have a manual to reference. However, I will try my best to help.

Looking at the part, it appears to pivot allowing it to move back and forth to move the mirror. I attached your pic below and circled where the pivot is located.

Let me know if that makes sense. I don't know where you found it or how it was attached.
