Somebody drilled in my ignition out so I replaced it. Now all my lights and stuff come on. I scare light stays on but it won't crank over. I tried jumping the solenoid it cranks it over but then shuts off. Need help.

Good morning,

This sounds like a security issue with the key.

When you replace the ignition switch, you need to reset the password for the security system so it will crank and start. I attached a guide below for you to view on how to reset the system.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-security-system

There is a 10 minute relearn procedure that requires a scan tool. There is also a 30 minute that does not require a scan tool.

I attached both at the bottom for you to review.
