The truck will start, have replaced the Crank sensor, cap, rotor, plugs, and coil, and IAC valve. But will instantly die.

Did you check for codes, anything? You should be able to access codes yourself?
If it refuses to restart right away, do some of the basic tests, spark at the pulgs, fuel pressure, injector pulse, engine cranking.

I'm doing this for a buddy to help him out. He didn't check the fuel pressure yet, and injector pulse? Engine cranks over, says there is crank sensor malfunction but replaced and no help.

I'd check the sensor circuits on the cam and crank sensor both, they share ref voltage and ground. Check the asd relay circuits. Primary voltage for the coil--injectors, among other, gets voltage from the asd relay.
