1996 Dodge Truck engine rotates but no spark

My 96 doge 1500 rotates but wont start, I get a spark every ten seconds or so but thats it. The coil and distributer cap are good. Where are the cam and crank sensors located? Could this be some type of fuel pressure issue. Also where could I find a free online wiring diagram. Thnks for anyhelp.

Do you have power to the coil-if so pull the coil wire from the distributor and ground it and crank engine over do you have spark -No spark-start checking the Cam and Crank sensors.
