1990 Dodge Truck No power to fuel pump

I have a 1990 dodge ram with a 3.9L and only 66,896 miles. I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel relay but i still have no power going to the pump, the fuel gauge has power but the pump dosen't what else could it be?

Check ASD relay
and fusible links
if I recall when we used to replace the fuel pump we had to replace the wiring harness too
check the wiring
maybe some one did some modification that with the years failed now
