2000 Dodge Stratus cooling Fan

Just replaced blower motor resister worked ok about 4 times on 1, 2, 3, 4, now only 3, 4, are working Please
help could it just bad resister

It could be a bad resister. However, the motor may be drawing too many amps and causing the resister to burn up. If I had to guess, I would say the motor is the problem. You could try another resister since they are cheap, but it if happens again, replace both the resister and the motor.
