when I am driving and making a left turn I hear a poping noise. I was told it is my cv axles and boots. I was also told that its costly to repair and if not fixed soon would lock up and flip car

Hello,

Ok, in my experience the CV Axle will break at the bad joint have never seen or heard in my area of it causing vehicle to Flip.

You should call around to your local shops and get some estimates. I can tell you what I would charge but I do Discount Auto Repair (Mobile) in my area. So, the CV Axles would run about $80 - $100 each and my labor would be about $100 - $150. I don't go by the normal labor guides that the shops use.
