I have a 1998 Dodge Stratus ES and everytime I start the car either in the morning or if it has been off for a long period of time it will just shut off once it turns on. I have to lightly keep my foot on the gas once I start it to make sure it keeps running. Once it is warmed up I do not run into this problem, any suggestions?

Also, when I am driving my car it sounds like an airplane getting ready to take off. Sounds like it is coming from the wheel wells, but not sure. Any suggestions?

The buzzing sound is a front wheel bearing. With this bolt-on design, it is impossible to be certain which side is respnsible for the noise. Your mechanic will run it in gear on a hoist, then listen to each one with a stethoscope.

Failure to idle by itself will occur if the battery was recently disconnected or run dead. The engine computer must relearn minimum throttle so it knows when it must be in charge of idle speed. You do this by driving at highway speed with the engine warmed up, then coast for at least seven seconds without touching the brake or gas pedals.
