Engine 2.2L TBI non flex fuel. Fuel pump was replaced one year ago. The automobile has been stored outside for the last two months, and has not been operated during this period. The automobile would not start. Removed the gas tank and replaced fuel pump, fuel pump relay and automatic shut down relay (ASD). After repair the pump would not run. The connector at the fuel pump was removed and checked. The harness leading to the fuel pump was checked with an ohm meter. Reconnected connector to fuel pump. I tested for power at the connector with test light during an attempted start. No electrical power. Utilized an ACTRON CP9145 Auto scanner and ran a switch and actuator test. All relays including the fuel pump, ADS, single fuel injector tested operated during each test. No stored codes. I removed the 60 way PCM connector and checked, the other harness plugs in the engine compartment were also checked. I removed the quick disconnect lines at the TBI throttle body. No fuel present. Replaced the distributor pick-up. The engine will run by spraying fuel into the TBI. This is the first electrical problem in 178,000 miles.

Hello -

Thanks for the info. . .. . .. . .

First I would like you to change your fuel filter.

Check fuse #2 - 20 amp with an ohm meter to make sure it is good.
