Shakes or Wobbles problem
1993 Dodge Shadow 4 cyl Automatic 76000 miles

My car recently cut off on me in the middle of the road. Its like it wont take the gas when I hit the accelerator.....Some one told me it might be transmission filter that needs to be replaced and I should check the fluid...I did....it was pink like they said it should be....come one told me it might be a clog in the catalytic converter. Some one else listened to it and said it wasnt loud enough to be that. They told me to check the fuel filter and air filter.I don't know how to find either of those things on my car.HELP!?Does this sound right?....Could that be the problem?

Hi:
None of the ideas listed sound likely. In fact, the only thing that may shut the engine down is a fuel filter if it gets plugged or a clogged converter.

Let me know if the car starts for you so I know where to lead you.
