My freeze plug on passenger side rear blew out. How do I get to it and what type of freeze plugs would be best for it /

Hi:
The only way is from the underside of the vehicle. You can replace it with a standard steel plug or they do make a rubber one that expands into the opening when you tighten a bolt on it. If you have no access for a hammar to tap it in, I recommend using the rubber one.
