I have a 96 Dodge Ram Conversion Van with 110,000 miles on it. Check Engine Light recently came on and the Code Reader said PO117 which is "Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Low Input". My guess is the Thermostat, but if i'm wrong what is the "Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Low Input". And I probably am wrong.
