2004 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Is it possible to change the upper control arms on my dodge myself. I know it will need a alignment afterwaard but wanting to know if I can change them myself.

You can, but you need to be very careful with the coil spring and you may struggle with the bolts holding it together. Heat may be required.
