2003 Dodge Ram studders on take off

2003 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

If I'm at a stop sighn and the truck studders on take off what could it be?, I already replaced the fuel pump and did a tune up. Could it be something else?

could be a fuel filter, if you didnt already change that.... did it do this prior to the tune up??? if not, then that will narrow it down somewhat. also, is this a hemi???? if it is, then u bought 16 spark plugs, hopefully you paid the money for what dodge recommends in that engine, if you tried to save money with a cheap plug, thats most likely the problem... (see it alot thats why i ask) if not, then maybe a wire is off.... thats a coil/wire per cylinder, sometimes the connection in the wire boot is stuck a little high, and just needs to be pushed down.... if it has a check engine light with a misfire code, that will narrow down the search to which cylinder the problem is in.
