Could be a fuel filter, if you didnt already change that. Did it do this prior to the tune up? If not, then that will narrow it down somewhat. Also, is this a hemi? If it is, then u bought 16 spark plugs, hopefully you paid the money for what dodge recommends in that engine, if you tried to save money with a cheap plug, thats most likely the problem. (See it alot thats why I ask) if not, then maybe a wire is off. Thats a coil/wire per cylinder, sometimes the connection in the wire boot is stuck a little high, and just needs to be pushed down. If it has a check engine light with a misfire code, that will narrow down the search to which cylinder the problem is in.
