2003 Dodge Ram Ram 1500 4.7L cylinder miss fire

I recently had the spark plugs replaced, then it started acting up so I took it to get a computer diagnosis it said it was a miss fire in cyliner 8 so I took it to the dealership the said all the coils, and injectors were good, and that there was good pressure in that cylinder but that it could be the computer or wiring harness. I just dont understand how a simple spark plug change could throw it off

Recheck and make sure you have the correct spark plugs and its correctly gaped

I did I have champion and theyre gapped at.40 like they told me at autozone
