I was wanting to know if a high flow non catalytic converter would work on my 2002 dodge ram 1500. The engine not putting out much power and when it get to normal temp it starts wanting to cut off and the sound out the exaughts has changed and have just changed the spark plugs and manifold gasket a few weeks ago.

It is against the law to remove the catalytic converter and it won't pass inspection without it. Have you checked to see if the present one is plugging? Have you checked the general things like fuel pump pressure, vacuum leaks? Has the check engine light come on?
