Just had heads replaced. Now the truck is running a little rough and the oil presure gauge drop all the way down at idle.I pulled the dip stick out there was gas on it. Somebody said the cams were not put back in time. Could this be?

It sounds like a vacuum leak. Have you checked that? Also, which V8 do you have?

No have not checked for vacuum leak. The engine is a 4.7. A vacuum leak could cause this stuff?

A vacuum leak can cause the engine to die at an idle. Since the work was just done, I am thinking it is allowing the RPM's to drop so low that the oil pressure is going down too. As far as the fuel in the oil, are you sure the fuel pressure regulator has been reconnected properly?
