Drive Train Axles Bearings problem

Hello, In my truck I have installed a aburn gear limited slip with yukon gears at 3.55 (stock) ratio. I did this after the rear end blew up on me 6 months ago, now my transmission is failing. I found 3/4 of a snap ring in my tranny pan. Using transX and a flush im trying to stretch out its life so I can buy a new truck. This bringing me to my question

I am going to keep my rear end and swap it with the new truck I buy, I know it will work in a 94-2002 model. While researching new trucks I found parts stores selling gearing and covers for a 9.25 Chrysler rear end for 2005 year trucks. Can I put my 9.25 Chrysler rear end into a 2003 and up truck assuming I buy one with 3.55 gearing. I need to know what type of axle the new rams use, and I need to know the distance to mounting points as well as diff dimensions as far as drive shaft lengths and angels go.

thanks

Honestly, I don't have that information. We always recommend direct replacement parts. If you contact the parts store that has it, ask them if it is the same part number as your model year. That would at least give you an idea if it should work.
