I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500, my question is how would you fix the fuel pump?
If anyone knows how please, if can, give me a step-by-step process on how to fix it. Thank you.

You don't fix them, replace them. And use one from the dealer on this one or plan on doing it again.
