1997 Dodge Ram spark plugs and wires

1997 Dodge Ram 6 cyl Manual 120000 miles

my check engine light came on and the codes told me that it was the spark plugs mis firing. I changed them and the wires and it is still running ruff. Anything else that I could do? Also what is the order of the wires on the cap?
