Hi:
It sounds like a problem with the IAC or TPS. However, that is a guess without having the computer scanned for codes. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free, so I suggest having it done.

Also, make sure there are no major vacuum leaks under the hood. Listen for hissing sounds.
