1994 Dodge Ram water in oil.

Need some help, my truck seems to have water in the oil, a good bit at that. I recently changed the oil and the water came back! And when I start my truck I sometimes a get a small cloud of blue smoke. Any idea whats going on?

You have a multiple problem

1. Water in oil-get it block and pressure tested to find out where its leaking-could be headgasket/cracked head and block.

2. Blue smoke is a sign of oil being burn in the combustion chamber-check the engine compression
