I have a 2002 Dodge Neon SE with a 2.0L SOHC 93,000 miles and Automatic Trans.
My problem is the passenger power window will not go down. I've tried both control switches and I don't hear any noise from the window motor. Perhaps related is I get a faint horn beep when opening the passenger door (I can't see the dome light switch). Does this indicate an electrical short in the window regulator or motor?

Master and subswitch won't work on pax side could be the wire that goes thru the door/disconnected wire connector at pax side or the motor.

I'll test out the master switch 1st all the power comes from there.
