I have a Dodge Neon 4 door 1999 with 120,000 miles on it. My headlights aren't very effective due to the cloudy lens cover. How do I take it off and wash the cover without upsetting the beam adjustment?

when the lenses get cloudy, you can't wash the cloudiness away. the only way to fix the problem is to replace the lenses. off hand i'm not sure how to tell you how to remove them without me being there to see how they come out. just take your time and makes sure that if the adjustment gets tampered with then you'll need to have them aimed. hope this helps a little :)
