Vacuum hose diagrams?

What is the hard plastic hose connecting between the air filter and the engine? Mine has a hole in it and I think it is causing my engine to run rough.

You should be able to replace it or repair it with any hose that fit
available at any part store

My 2003 Dodge Neon showed code PO456 the vapor canister was replaced and code went away, and it passed emissions, two weeks have passed, and check engine light is back again showing same code (detected small leak) also P1684 battery disconnected which it is not only five months old and voltage is 12.74 possible bad vacuum hose leak maybe?
