2000 Dodge Neon check engine light

2000 Dodge Neon Front Wheel Drive Automatic 251000 miles

The check engine light stays on. The service code is " P0743, torque converter clutch electrical circuit."
We have changed the tcc solennoid and the central computer, but the check engine light remains on. What is the probable cause?

P0743 deals with the electrical circuit. Most of the time, the ground (going to the PCM) is bad. But I would check all the electrical connections.
