check for trouble codes
check and clean IAC valve

I have every on the list you gave me we have sending message to each other fo the last few weeks

updated:

there is no vacuum leaks we hook hook up the snap on scaner no codes came up walk through all the program ( ok ) could it be the speed sensor located in the trans the manuel does no say any way to check it

Using the scanner can you control the RPM
