2004 Dodge Neon car reved up to high

The car revs ups to high when I turn the ignition like it is going to take off. I had to get a new stirring wheel put in someone broke the key switch trying to steal the vehicle

You need to have these components checked and tested idle air control valve and throttle position sensor
