You got to be kidding me. What possessed you to do that. Ok you need a warm (heated) shop or garage push it inside and open up all that you can( Antifreeze system). I dont think you will though. Anyway let it set for about a day to two the longer the better 2 days should be long enough. Note that water expands when it freezes and there may already be damage done to the veh. Because of this. After you thaw it out you want to do a pressure test and I hope you didn't damage the waterpump. Remember to turn it over by hand first and check for ice in the radiator and feel the engine if it is warm it is thawed out / if it is cold its not
