Electrical problem
1995 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Headlights or brights will turn on. None of the fuses where burnt out. I did notice the person who own the car before me put wrong fuses in under the dash for one of the H.L.,Radio and Lighter. I used a tester for the headlight switch and the fuse box both under the hood and got power. I didn't notice any damage to the wires that connect to the H.L. switch.

Did you check for voltage and ground at the headlamp connector? All the fuses in the diagram have voltage? The info I looked at was w/o drl. Somehow I left out the diagram for the dimmer switch?
