If the battery has a full charge, check the battery cables/wires. If that checks ok, just pick one circuit that doesn't work, check that circuit. If the starter won't even crank, start there. There is a starter relay in the power distribution center under the hood. Unplug the relay, use a testlite, the switch side of relay should be hot all the time, the voltage for the coil side of relay goes hot with the key in the crank position.
