When the car starts up, in park, and in drive with foot on the brake it will idle up and down heavy and stall out at times. I can restart the car immediately with no problems, and while in drive mode no problems. I had a problem with the iginition switch which locked up my windows and turning signals and replaced it as well as the fuel pump and filter. All new plugs and tune up, regular oil changes and radiator flushed. I cannot figure this out. The check engine light comes on and the code was for primary coils, but checked them and they seemed fine. The light went off on its own and came back on and is now off again. Will run fine for a couple of days after a repair (fuel pump replacement) and now is back to running rogh.

First, if the check engine light come on again, you need to have the computer scanned to identify where the problem is coming from. Also, check for vacuum leaks and make sure the EGR is okay.
