1995 Dodge Intrepid wont start

I shut the car off and now it wont start. I put a new fuel filter in and have to fluid the car for it to start. I checked all the spark plugs and wirers. I get spark on all six lines and plugs. I am lost and dont understand why I have to hold the gas peddle to the floor and it might start?

Priming it indicates a fuel problem-might want to check out the coolant temperature sensor and check whether the injector/s are pulsing-when they checked out -do a fuel pressure check
