replaced 95 engine with 96 engine now it wont start

You put a 96 3.3 or 3.5, in a 95. Which, why, and if you need help let me know. I was not much of a different size engine swapper, but I have had a few hundred out. My name is Joe, ok Probably wiring or powertrain computer is different. Let me knoe I check daily, now I have a 94 not 95 in my back yard, so I will try back later, ok dj
