I have an 88 Dynasty V-6, mileage unknown. The odometer has not worked since I have owned the car. The speedometer does work, although the needle sometimes bounces around. The car does not have a digital odometer display. How can I fix this?

Sometimes the reset pushbutton sticks. Pressing it a few times will unlock it. If that doesn't help, the easiest fix is to find a good used cluster from a salvage yard. Parts to repair clusters are not available.
