1999 Dodge Durango Starting problem

For some reason when I try to start my Durango when I turn the key nothing happens at all. And then if I turn it 5 times or so it starts right up. And other times when I turn the key, it tries to turn over for 1 second then nothing, and after 5 tries it starts.I have changed the battery terminals and checked the ground to the block, starter checks out good too. And I had the battery checked they said that was good as well. Any idea what the problem is?

Check for power in and out of the starter relay in "key start" position. If no input, check fuses. If no output, replace relay.
