1999 Dodge Durango serpentine belt

My serpentine belt snapped in half going down the road and we lost power to everything. I replaced the belt and now we can get it to start no matter how long we charge the battery. What is wrong? Is it possible to have jumped time?

Does the vehicle crank? Or are you saying it cranks but doesnt start.
