I was told I need a new serpentine belt. How easy/difficult is it to do this myself? What steps are involved? Thanks!

you need a blet a socket wrecnh and a set of regular wrenches.

simply put on the wrench on the tensioner and pull it towards spring. from there note position of old belt and install new one. a helper works great!
