I replaced my ring and pinion, upper and lower bearings, oil seal, and end yolk. The pinion was set properly, but when i drive i have a whine after 15 mph. there is no slipping or hesitation, and no grinding. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you replaced the bearings and if you have backlash set properly, everything should be fine. Are you sure the sound is the differential? Could it be an axle bearing?
