i just got back from towing a trailer and the next night i noticed right away that my lights for the speedometer/gas tank/coolant ect, are all off including the lights for the air conditioning controls. also when i used to hit lock on the key remote the car's headlights and tail lights would flash once and unlock would flash twice. the reason i mention the trailer is because the trailer is hooked up to the electrical system but i dont know if that matters. i checked all the fuses just to be sure it wasnt a fuse and they are all perfect. any ideas?

Hello suffolk One thing all electronic instrumentation shares in common regardless of make or model is the need for proper voltage and grounding. check fuse #9 , 5 amp in the junction block for the instrument cluster. if fuse is good check ground G113 (black/light green wire from the instrument cluster connector c1(see diagram #1)

The trailer brake lights share the same connector C1 and the ground G113.( see diagram #2)
