1993 Dodge Dakota club. The speedometer out of whack.

I have 1993 Dodge Dakota club. The speedometer reading is way out of whack. When going about 35 it reads around 55, does anyone have any input on what might be wrong?

Thanks. Someone said it needs to be calibrated could this be the problem?

Have the VSS checked and tested if it checks out-then you can have it recalibrated if that's the problem-
