The truck idles high, then low, then it levels out. When driving it will rev up when accelerating or decelerating. Check engine light isn't on yet, but I'm waiting for it to kick on. This has been an ongoing intermittent problem getting worse. Last check engine light was 2 injectors and an evap code. Clear codes truck runs just like new.

It sounds like a throttle position sensor or idle air control valve. However, without the check engine light, it is a guess. Have you checked for vacuum leaks and the EGR?
