This could be a fuel pump issue, so we need to start with checking the fuel pressure when this is happening to find out if it is dropping out once the engine is warm.

If it is not, then we need to know if the truck restarts right away or does it have to cool off.
If it does, then this could be a crank sensor issue.

Lastly, we need to monitor the o2 sensor data and find out if this is telling the PCM incorrect data. If it is, then that can cause the engine to flood or go lean and stall because the o2 sensors are not used until the engine is warmed up.
