You'll need silicone spray and a guitar string or nylon string that is thin and strong. First, open the rubber flap that is on both the outside and inside and spray it with silicone. Force the string through a corner. Work the string back and forth while you carefully place pressure on the rubber weather stripping pushing outward. Do this until enough is apart to remove the glass.
Reverse the process to replace it.
