I am removing the radiator and cannot disconnect one of the transmission cooling lines, any advice

Chances are you are refering to the lower one. Honestly, there is no easy way. The only way to access it is from under the truck. Remove the plastic splash shield under the radiator area and you have to reach up in there and turn it a little at a time. Also, I strongly recommend using a line wrench so you don't strip the nut.

If you do and are willing to pay for shipping, I replaced my rad about a month ago and didn't use the new steel trans lines that came with the new radiator. If you need it, I'll send it to you. It will eventually get thrown out at my place.
