I'm not sure about the 3 but 54 means you may have a truck that is shutting off on you, or has failed because of a broken timing chain. 54 was distributor pick-up, no signal, this is the computers cam signal. If you have a 1 and a 3 meaning 13, this is MAP sensor, no signal, starts and stalls. Hope this helps.
